Day wise Itinerary

  • Day 1

    Arrival & Transfer to Hotel

         Upon arrival, our representative will greet you and assist with your luggage.
    ●  Transfer to the Hotel
         Enjoy a comfortable ride to your hotel, where you will check in and settle into your room.
    ● Evening at Leisure
          After check-in, spend the rest of the day at leisure. You may wish to relax or explore the nearby area.
    ●  Overnight in Baku

  • Day 2

    Panoramic + Baku City Tour + Nizami Street

    ●   Morning: Panoramic City Tour
         After breakfast, enjoy a panoramic tour of Baku. Visit key spots like Highland Park for amazing city views and Flame Towers, one of Baku’s iconic landmarks.
    Funicular Ride to the top for panoramic views of the city and the Caspian Sea.
    ●  Visit Baku Boulevard
         Stroll along Baku Boulevard, enjoying the fresh breeze by the Caspian Sea.
    ● Azerbaijan Carpet Museum
          Visit this museum showcasing Azerbaijan’s rich history in carpet weaving.

    Absheron Peninsula Tour + Gobustan & Mud Volcanoes

    ●  Morning: Absheron Peninsula Tour
         After breakfast, embark on a tour of the Absheron Peninsula. Visit the Fire Temple (Ateshgah), a fascinating ancient temple that once hosted fire-worshippers.
    ●  Visit to Fire Mountain (Yanardag)
         Explore Fire Mountain, where natural gas vents create an eternal flame, making it a mystical place.
    ● Azerbaijan Carpet Museum
          Visit this museum showcasing Azerbaijan’s rich history in carpet weaving.

    Continue to Gobustan, home to ancient petroglyphs that are over 5,000 years old. Visit the Gobustan Rock Art Museum and then head to the Mud Volcanoes, a unique natural wonder of Azerbaijan.
    ●  Return to Baku
    After the tour, return to Baku in the late afternoon.
    ● Evening: Free Time
         You have the evening free to relax, enjoy the local cuisine, or explore Baku further.

  • Day 4

    Return to Baku City + Transfer to Airport

    ●  Morning: Free Time
         After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed morning in Baku. You may choose to visit any missed attractions or do some last-minute shopping.
    ● Check-out from Hotel
         Check out from your hotel and enjoy a final transfer around Baku, perhaps visiting sites like Heydar Aliyev Center or Baku Boulevard if you have time.
    ● Transfer to Airport
          Your driver will transfer you to Baku International Airport (GYD) for your flight back home.

Inclusions

  • Accommodation: 3 nights at a hotel with daily breakfast.
  • Transfers: 01 x Sedan with English-speaking driver for all transfers and tours.
  • Entrance Fees: Includes entrance to the Funicular ride, Fire Temple, Fire Mountain, Gobustan Rock Art Museum, and Mud Volcanoes.
  • Taxes & VAT: All applicable taxes and VAT are included in the price.

Exclusions

  • 5% GST on the total Invoice
  • Personal Expense Such Telephonic calls, Camera, Laundry charges, Internet, Tips, etc.
  • Any Major Meals i.e. Lunch or Dinner if not speci ed in inclusion list.
  • The package once booked is refundable and cancellable
  • Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy
  • Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 10% of the tour cost
  • 30 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
  • 15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
  • 0 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given
  • Please note cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation
  • 30% advance payment at time of booking if travel is after 30 days from booking date
  • 100% payment required for flight booking
  • Balance 15 days Prior to Guest Check in
