Overview

As indicated by the antiquated legend, sage Asit Muni had his isolation here. For his entire life, he washed every day both in the Ganges and the Yamuna. Unfit to go to Gangotri amid his seniority, a flood of the Ganges showed up inverse Yamunotri for him.

Day wise Itinerary

  • Day 1

    Haridwar to Yamunotri

    Morning meet our assistant at Haridwar & drive for Barkot via Mussoorie, route visit Mussoorie Lake & Kempty Fall in Mussoorie. Later drive straight to Barkot. Check into the hotel on arrival in Barkot. Overnight stay at Barkot.

  • Day 2

    Barkot to Yamunotri to Barkot

    Morning have breakfast at your hotel after breakfast drive to Jankichatti / Phoolchatti and Star Trek from here to Yamunotri (6kms) (Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at your own cost). After taking a bath in Jamunabai Kund's warm water and having "Darshan" of "Yamunaji" return to Jankichatti by trek. Later drive towards Barkot and overnight stay at Barkot.

  • Day 3

    Barkot to Haridwar

    Morning have breakfast at your hotel after breakfast drive to Haridwar. Our driver will drop you at Haridwar railway station.

  • Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 10% of the tour cost
  • 30 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
  • 15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
  • 0 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given
  • Please note cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation
  • 30% advance payment at time of booking if travel is after 30 days from booking date
