Ek Dham – Yamunotri Yatra is a sacred pilgrimage to Yamunotri, the source of the Yamuna River, nestled in the Garhwal Himalayas of Uttarakhand. Devotees visit the Yamunotri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Yamuna, and take a holy dip in the Surya Kund hot springs. Day wise Itinerary

  • Day 1

    Arrival in Haridwar / Dehradun – Barkot (180 km / 6-7 hrs)

    Arrive in Haridwar/Dehradun and drive to Barkot via Mussoorie.
    En route, visit Kempty Falls and enjoy scenic views.
    Check-in at the hotel in Barkot and relax.
    Dinner and overnight stay in Barkot.

  • Day 2

    Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (36 km drive + 6 km trek one way)

    Early morning drive to Janki Chatti.
    Start a 6 km trek to Yamunotri Temple (on foot, pony, or palanquin).
    Take a dip in Surya Kund and offer prayers at Divya Shila.
    Visit Yamunotri Temple and return to Janki Chatti.
    Drive back to Barkot for dinner and an overnight stay.

  • Day 3

    Barkot – Haridwar / Dehradun (180 km / 6-7 hrs)

    After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Haridwar/Dehradun.
    En route, visit Prakateshwar Cave Temple near Uttarkashi.
    Arrive in Haridwar/Dehradun and check in at the hotel.
    Evening Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri (if staying in Haridwar).
    Dinner and overnight stay.

  • Day 4

    Departure from Haridwar / Dehradun

    Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
    Free time for sightseeing or shopping in Haridwar/Rishikesh.
    Drop-off at the railway station/airport for departure.
