Day wise Itinerary

  • Day 1

    A Serene Arrival in Leh

    As you step off the plane at Kushok Bakula airport, the crisp Leh air envelops you, and the majestic Himalayas stretch out before you. Your journey begins with a tranquil transfer to your hotel, where you'll spend the day acclimating to the 3,505 meters above sea level. As the sun begins to set, embark on a soothing drive to the Shanti Stupa, its white dome glowing softly in the evening light. This sacred site, built by Japanese Buddhist monk Gyomyo Nakamura, embodies peace and serenity. Next, visit the imposing Leh Palace, its ancient stones whispering tales of the region's rich history

    Monastic Marvels

    Today, embark on a spiritual odyssey to Ladakh's iconic monasteries. Begin with Hemis, the largest and wealthiest monastery, nestled 45 km west of Leh.     Post breakfast, embark on a journey to Zangla Fort (9:00 am - 10:30 am), a 14th-century fortress perched on a rocky outcrop. As you explore the fort's ruins, imagine the Zangla kings ruling over the region centuries ago.

    Drang Drung Glacier - A Frozen Marvel

    Visit the breathtaking view for Drang Drung Glacier, its icy facade glistening in the sunlight. Zongkhul Monastery, also known as Zongkhul Gompa, is a significant Buddhist monastery located in the Zanskar region of Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir, India.Here are some interesting facts about Zongkhul Monastery.
