Day wise Itinerary

  • Day 1

    Arrive Ho Chi Minh. City Tour of Ho Chi Minh (Visit War Remnants Museum, Photo stop at Notre-Dame Basilica, Visit Saigon Central Post Office, Photo stop at Reunification Palace)

    Upon arrival, welcome by the Tour Manager/local tour guide and transfer from the airport to the hotel for check in. (Standard check in time 1400-1500 hrs). This afternoon, we visit the War Remnants Museum, which comprehensively documents the travails of the long Vietnam-American War. We then visit Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica (outside due to construction), a neo-Roman cathedral. Pass by classic European-style landmarks such as the ornate City Hall (Hotel De Ville), the old Opera House and then visit Saigon Central Post Office and take a photo of Reunification Palace from outside. Dinner at Indian Restaurant.

  • Day 2

    Visit Cu Chi Tunnels - Ride on Water Bus - Visit Sky Deck – Free Time at Ben Thanh Market

    After breakfast, we visit Cu Chi tunnels – the network of over 200 km tunnels which became legendary when they played a vital role in the War. We then proceed to Bach Dang Station where we will take water bus to Binh An station. This attraction brings you out of the bustling streets, providing a unique view of the city from water. Later, proceed to the Skydeck, to enjoy the nicest 360-degree view of the city from the 49th floor. In the evening, we visit Ben Thanh Market which is the most famous shopping destination for tourists in Ho Chi Minh City. Refresh yourself with coconut water.   • Day 3

    Tour of Mekong Delta – Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda

    After breakfast, we visit My Tho, the homeland of coconut. On arrival in My Tho, enjoy cruising on the mighty Mekong River and view the life of the local people that live along the riverbanks. Embark on the small sampan boats rowed by the local people thru the small canals covered by water coconut trees. Later in the afternoon, we take the boat back to the mainland and then drive back to the city. On the way we visit Vinh Trang pagoda, one of the biggest pagodas in the region. Dinner at Indian Restaurant.

  • Day 4

    Ho Chi Minh – Hanoi. City Tour of Hanoi (Visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum & One Pillar Pagoda, Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, Visit Hoan Kiem Lake), Cyclo Tour, Witness Water Puppet Show

    After breakfast we check out and transfer to the airport for our flight to Hanoi. On arrival, we proceed with the city tour by going on an orientation walk at Ba Dinh Square and take photos of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum from outside. Pass through the One Pillar Pagoda and then visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, which is the most ancient pagoda in Hanoi. We continue the tour by visiting the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake and then take a leisure cyclo for approx. 45 minutes around the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Enjoy a cup of Vietnamese Coffee. (What’s More) Later, enjoy a fascinating show of Water Puppetry, a traditional stage art of Northern Vietnam. Dinner at Indian Restaurant.

  • Day 5

    Hanoi – Ha Long Bay – Overnight on cruise. Visit Pearl Farm enroute Ha Long Bay

    After breakfast, we check out from the hotel and transfer to Ha Long. Enroute visit Pearl Farm where we learn the whole process of producing pearls and pearl products. Upon arrival in Ha Long, we check in the overnight cruise to discover the magnificent beauty of this “Descending-dragon” bay, created by thousands odd-shaped limestone rocks and karst grottoes. This afternoon, we can visit the Grottos, stop for swimming or kayaking (at your own cost), passing floating houses and approach islets to enjoy their beauty in close distance. Back to the cruise, enjoy cooking demonstration (optional) and sunset view from sundeck. Dinner on board the Cruise.

  • Day 6

    Ha Long Bay – Hanoi. Visit Hoa Lo Prison - Visit Temple of Literature

    Have breakfast on board. This morning, we visit by boat to Luon Cave, a ring-shaped pool inside an island in Halong. We get back to the Wharf of Halong later passing the most densely area with many islands that have been named like the Cock-Fighting Rock, Sail Island, Incense burner rock or Sea Dog Rock. Brunch on board the Cruise Note: The cruise itinerary can be changed according to weather conditions. We arrive at Halong Wharf and transfer back to Hanoi and visit Hoa Lo Prison Museum, ironically nicknamed the ‘Hanoi Hilton’ by US prisoners of war (POWs) during the American War. We then visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university. Constructed in 1070, the gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past. Refreshing snacks.   • Day 7

    Hanoi – Da Nang. Visit Hoi An Ancient Town. Boat Ride with Flower Lantern releasing.

    After breakfast we check out and transfer to the airport for our flight to Da Nang. On arrival, we transfer to the hotel for check in. (Standard check in time 1400-1500 hrs). In the afternoon, we transfer to visit Hoi An ancient town where we see the tile-roofed Japanese Bridge, Chinese Assembly halls and ancient houses while we drive. We then take a boat trip in the shimmering space, a fanciful picture with hundreds of flower lanterns floating on the water surface. Get to release the flower garlands on your own, wishing for good luck to the family and loved ones. Local Sweet Tasting. (What’s More) Dinner at Indian Restaurant.

  • Day 8

    Tour of Bana Hills & Golden Bridge - Photo stop at Dragon Bridge

    After breakfast, we proceed to Ba Na hills and take Cable Car to Ba Na hills station. Reach the French-inspired hilltop resort where we visit the Old Villas, French Stable, and Tinh Tam Garden. Just a few steps away from the village stands the Linh Ung Pagoda, where we see an impressive facade of traditional Vietnamese architecture when we visit the pagoda. Next, we head to Loc Uyen Garden and Quan Am Pavilion for a walk through well-manicured landscapes. We reach Nui Chua Peak, marvel at the natural reserve's beauty. Our next stop will be the Fantasy Park, an amusement park inspired by French chateaus and palaces. Have fun with exciting rides fit for all ages. For our last destination, drop by Linh Chua Linh Tu Temple for a glimpse of Vietnam’s Buddhist culture. In the evening, we proceed for a photo stop at Dragon Bridge which is one-of-a-kind architecture in Vietnam and is also the arterial road of the city that provides the shortest road from Danang International Airport to other main roads in the city.   • Day 9

    DEPARTURE

    Today, we check out and proceed to the airport for your flight back home. It’s time to say goodbye to all the new friends you have made. We hope you take back many happy memories of your holiday.
