Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identification, travel documents, and any visas required for their trip. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to invalid or missing documents.

Changes to Itinerary

While we make every effort to deliver the itinerary as planned, sightseeing order, hotel check-in times, and specific activities may be adjusted due to weather, local conditions, or circumstances beyond our control, without reducing the overall value of the package.

Liability

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where is registered.
