Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Paro
Arrive at Paro International Airport (or enter by road via Phuentsholing), complete entry-permit formalities with your guide and check in at your hotel. Stroll through Paro town.
Day 2: Taktsang (Tiger's Nest) Hike
A day hike to the cliffside Paro Taktsang Monastery, Bhutan's best-known landmark (about 5-6 hours round trip; walking pace and weather decide how far you go).
Day 3: Transfer to Thimphu
Drive to Thimphu (about 1.5 hours from Paro) with a stop at Tamchog Lhakhang. Check in and enjoy the evening.
Day 4: Thimphu Sightseeing
Visit the Buddha Dordenma statue, Memorial Chorten, Folk Heritage Museum and Tashichho Dzong (open to visitors after office hours), with a walk through the weekend market on Saturdays and Sundays.
Day 5: Transfer to Punakha
Drive to Punakha (about 3 hours) over the Dochula Pass with its 108 chortens and, on clear days, Himalayan views. Check in on arrival.
Day 6: Punakha Dzong & Chimi Lhakhang
Visit the grand Punakha Dzong at the meeting of two rivers, cross the long suspension bridge and walk through fields to Chimi Lhakhang, the fertility temple.
Day 7: Departure from Punakha
After breakfast, drive to Paro (about 5 hours) for your onward flight.

30% of the package cost is payable at the time of booking to confirm the services. The balance is payable 15-20 days before departure, or earlier for fixed-departure and peak-season dates.

Itinerary order may be changed to suit weather, opening days and local conditions; no service is dropped without an equivalent alternative.
Check-in is usually after 2 PM and check-out before 12 noon; early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
Hotels listed are indicative — an equivalent category hotel is arranged if the listed one is unavailable.
Prices are indicative starting prices per person on twin/double sharing and may change with travel dates, season, flights and number of travellers.
Cancellation: charges depend on how close to the travel date you cancel and on supplier policies; the exact amount is confirmed at booking. Within 7 days of travel the booking is generally non-refundable.
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel; visa approval is at the discretion of the respective embassy.
